When I saw the Papel Picado Banners clear photopolymer stamp set from Avery Elle I gasped with excitement. Not because I knew exactly what I wanted to do with but because I hadn't seen anything like it! Confession: I actually had to google Papel Picado to see what it meant... and I found this!

So, that became my inspiration for this...
I love these banners and I can't wait to try something with the coordinating dies!
