Hello friends!  I'm over on the Avery Elle blog today with this card. 

It's uses the new Avery Elle #Smile set and Dotted dies.  I simply stamped the camera and colored it in, then die cut the dotted panel at an angle.  I love this trick as a way to use patterned paper.
