Peace to you

Hello everyone!  Are you ready for Christmas yet?  While I'm not done shopping, I am ready for time off from work and hot cocoa's accompanied by  National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation!

I love alphabet dies and stamp sets.  I used the new Avery's Alphas dies to create this card.
I was inspired by Elena's card here.  The branches and sentiment are from Laurels and the berries are from Petals & Stems

Love Pocket card

Happy Thursday friends!  I feel like I've been in a bubble, I've been so busy at work, I haven't had much time to create.  That pesky day job!  Anyways, I'm sharing this card here today! (It's also over on the Avery Elle blog!)
To create my card, I used lots of layered die cuts from the new Avery Elle Pinked dies.  I love die sets like these because they really are so versatile!  Here I used the largest die and turned it sideways on my card base.  The Love Notes Pocket dies are fantastic for including a note or even a little gift card.  I used the new Simply Said: Love dies for the sentiment.

Moxie Fab World Florals

Hello friends!  I'm popping in to share a card I created and shared over on the Moxie Fab World blog last week.
I used the new Avery Elle Thanks a Bunch stamp set and a sentiment from Oh Happy Day.  The stitched border is from Lil' Inker Designs Stitched Mats: Rectangles

Avery Elle Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to my blog!  Today is a fun day, it's Avery Elle's blog hop day!   For the blog hop, you should have arrived here from Nina's blog.

I'm also posting today in Moxie Fab World.  If this is your first time to my blog, welcome - I'm so glad you're here!   If your here before 6am PST, well, the blog hop hasn't quite started yet - but I wanted to get this card up for you now!

I talked about it in Moxie Fab World but I am completely smitten with the floral trend these days and the new Avery Elle Thanks a Bunch is simply gorgeous.
I used the new Pinked dies, which I am so excited about, to create a center stage for my floral arrangement.   I can tell you right now that this will be a die collection that I will use all the time!

I matted my pinked layer on Silver Fox and then Pixie cardstock.  Have you tried Avery Elle cardstock yet?  The weight is amazing, the colors are gorgeous, and it's so smooth.

Next on the hop, it's off to JJ Bolton's blog.

Now for some fun...
