I was definitely struggling with this card but I really like how it turned out. It's very clean and simple! I love this little fox! Isn't she just the cutest!

Fuzzy Balloon
I decided to use my new PaperTrey Ink dies and make a cut-out in my card and actually put my stamped image on the inside of the card! I kept it pretty monochromatic, mostly because I am obsessed with pink and I got a new pink Copic marker today. If anyone has suggestions of the perfect Copic shade, I'll gladly take them. So far, they have all been very bright...
I just thought this picture was cool!
Seriously, can this cat get any cuter? I used Glossy Accents on the balloon!

This polka-dot paper from PTI completely inspired me! I love the color and I knew exactly the image I wanted to pair with it!
I did some crazy stitching and used a pinked circle to make it a little more WILD too!

Happy Elephant!
I'm starting to figure out how what works for me when I'm making cards and I have to admit this was my 2nd attempt at this card! My first attempt, I tried to stitch clouds... that ended terribly! Going to have to practice that skill! Anyways, I sketched out this card while I was in a SUPER boring meeting at work! FYI- apparently super boring meetings at work are good for something!

Birthday Candles
I needed a card for my Father-In-Law's birthday early next month. I know cards can be tough to get manly enough but I used inspiration from this week's Friday Inspiration on the Hero Arts Blog, click here.

1st card COMPLETE! Hurray!
Hurray!
I love owls. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE owls! In fact, my daughter's 1st birthday party is OWL themed. So, I had to buy this stamp for her upcoming invitations...Actually, that's what got me going on this whole card thing. In the past, I've always been a big paper crafter, huge scrapbooker in college. I remember lots and lots of nights sitting on the floor of my sorority house bedroom scrapping away. Fast forward almost 10 years (yikes!) and here I am, crafting at my kitchen table while my 2 little ones sleep! I don't have much time and I always get interrupted so it took me a few days to get this one together!
Now that it's all put together, I'm actually pretty happy with how this turned out. I wanted this card to be multi-purpose as I am planning to donate some cards for son's school auction.
