Today's card uses the new Birthday Bus. I love this little stamp set - makes for fun, quick & easy cards.
To created this card, I ink blended a background and then stamped/die cut and colored in the images. I popped them up on dimensional foam framed by the Scalloped Pierced Rectangle frames.
