My inspiration for Cath's card came from the little fox and I wanted to wish her happy trails on her next journey.  While I am going to miss Cath so much, I also couldn't be more excited for her.  I'm so glad I got to meet Cath in person and share at least one Ed Board experience with her.  Thank you Cath for everything you taught and shared.

Hello!  I'm popping in to share a card I created using the new Avery Elle Thankful set.  I love the sentiments in this set so much, the font is soooo pretty!  

For my card, I stamped the leaves from Thankful and then I re-stamped them kissing the leaf stamp to the Texture Tiles: Be Cool patterned stamp which I inked up in a chocolate ink.

Rock Chalk Baby Blog Hop

I am so excited to take part in today's Rock Chalk baby blog hop.   My dear friend, Erin Lee Schreiner, is expecting a baby boy any day now and we're celebrating with a blog hop in her honor.

I absolutely adore Erin Lee Schreiner so I had to make a card full of special meaning for her!  Here's the card I made for her. :) 

In her honor, I pulled out my Paper Smooches Pip Squeaks set and actually colored in the little baby.  Gasp! I rarely color!   I've been seeing some cards with angles and I really wanted to give it a try.  I love how it works with the patterned paper.

JFF: Smooches!!!!!

Thank you to everyone for your sweet well wishes!  You all brightened my day and I am definitely on the mend!  Thank goodness, that was awful.  
This weekend, I got into my craft room!  I've had piles of goodness show up that has been collecting dust and that had to be resolved.  :) 
First to crack open... my Paper Smooches.  I love Paper Smooches but I realized I don't blog Paper Smooches projects as much as I should, mostly because I'm submitting those projects for publication. :)  So, I decided to play with some of my newer Smooches with the intention of blogging.  
Meet today's card. 

I used my new Swanky Snowdudes dies.  Paper Smooches Swanky Snowdudes are hands down my favorite snowmen stamps ever.  I love them so much and now to finally have dies to match, I'm in heaven.  Seriously, thank you Kim Hughes from the bottom of my Big Shot loving heart.
