Lil' Inker Blog Hop

Yay!  Welcome to the January Lil' Inker Designs blog hop!  You should have arrived here from Amy Kolling's blog!  If you're just starting out here, head to Laura's blog to start at the beginning!

I finally get to spill the beans - I'm now part of the Lil' Inker Design Team!  I love the Lil' Inker stamps and especially the stitched dies so I am thrilled to work with Laura and the entire Lil' Inker team.

For the hop, I created two projects because I couldn't stop at just one - I was having too much fun!
For this card, I used the Stitched Stars dies and paired them with a sentiment from the Spot On stamp set.
On this card, I used the same Stitched Star dies again (I just couldn't put them down!) and coated them in Glossy Accents.  I added patterned paper using the On the Diagonal die and a sentiment from the Spot On stamp set.

Here's the entire hop list:

Thank you so much for stopping by!  Now it's off to Jen Carter's blog!

Save the Date

Hi everyone!  I have two projects to share today that use the new Avery Elle Save the Date stamp set.
I love the sentiments in Save the Date, the fonts are gorgeous! I surrounded the gold heat embossed sentiment with flowers from Avery Elle Love Notes and then die cut my panel with the Pinked dies.
Next, I wanted to pull out another sentiment and use it on a wine bottle tag using the Cheers die, which I thought would be perfect for a wedding gift!

A card and some WINNERS

Happy Monday!  I have a card to share and a few winners...

First I thought I'd share a card using the new Avery Elle Circle It set.
I simply stamped the sentiment (isn't that font gorgeous?!) and then masked over it to stamp the dotted line.  Then, I went in and added a few enamel dots in coordinating colors to give it an extra pop of color!  I love this set - it reminds me of bokeh and confetti all at once!

Now for a few winners....  First, I have to share that I LOVED reading about all of your favorite embellishments.  I'm an embellishment girl so it was definitely fun to see what everyone's guilty pleasures are!

Since I pulled winners from a few different categories, I couldn't use random.org like I normally would.  So, I had my son (Parker) and daughter (Molly) pick winners for me!

...drumroll...

For my first box, my son Parker picked the winner for a comment from an existing follower....

For the second box, my daughter Molly picked the winner for a comment from a new follower...

And since they really wanted to keep going, I let them pick one more!  This time it was from the entire set of comments....

Winners - I'm off to email you now!

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!
