Swell

Hey all!  I'm back sharing another card - this time using the new Swell stamp set. I really love this background set that's actually super versatile. It's got a very fun, whimsical feel but also very masculine.

To create my card, I stamped the Swell stamp on some pattern paper with Avery Elle aquamarine ink

Then, I stamped, die cut and colored in the shark and pool floatie from Peek a Boo Summer Pals. Finally I stamped the sentiment (also from Swell) and then tied some Avery Elle cherry twine

Thank you so much for stopping by and sharing part of your day with me!
Have a great one!

Pool Party

Hey all! I'm back with a fun card using the super adorable Pool Party stamp set.
For my project I thought it'd be fun to share a little bit of how I created it.
First, I die cut and colored in all of the images I wanted to use from Pool Party. Then, I decided I wanted to mount it on a fun layer. I decided to use the Quilted die in a non traditional way. I thought this would be a fun tip to share. :) I just filled the inside of the opening with dimensional foam and then completely covered it up with images. I love how you can really stretch your stash using this little tip.

Finally, I just assembled the card. Super fun. I cannot wait to give this card away!
Thanks so much for stopping by and sharing part of your day with me.
Have a great one!

Layered Rose

Hey all! I'm back with a card using the new the Layered Rose stamps and dies.
To create my card, I stamped and layered the ink on the roses. They were so easy to line up it, I was so impressed! Then I stamped the leaves and die cut them.

To assemble my card, I ink blended my card base and added a Wonky Scallop frame. Then I added my flowers, sequins and sentiment.

Thanks so much for stopping by and sharing part of your day with me!
XOXO,

Rainbows

Hey everyone! I'm back with a new Rainbows card that's over on the Avery Elle blog. Be sure to check it out there!

For my card, I thought it'd be so fun to paper piece this rainbow with cardstock using the coordinating dies - making it more of a stand alone die. I simply just die cut the rainbow die a bunch of times from all of the different cardstock colors and then pieced it all back together.

I love how you can make it a shaped card too!  SO FUN!

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great day!
