Wine Bottle Tag - Thank You

Hey everyone!
I love giving wine as gifts!  I often want to dress up my gifting bottles and I'm so excited to have the new Avery Elle Sip Sip Hooray stamp set.

I simply stamped the flowers from the new Mimosas stamp set and colored them in and cut them out.  Then, I mounted them on the Sip Sip Hooray bottle tag and added a sentiment.

Happy Mother's Day

Every make a card and squeal over with how delighted you are with the finished product?  That was me with this card - it's also on the Avery Elle blog today

I die cut my rectangle and then used a pencil to mark off where to stamp.  I stamped the sentiment and then added the flowers, colored them in with colics and then nested that layer behind popped up on foam tape to look like a window.  LOVE!
Thanks for stopping by and sharing part of your day with me!  Have a great one!

No Bones About It

Hi everyone!  Hope you're having a lovely day!
I'm sharing an Avery Elle card today using some fun stamps and dies - it's over on the Avery Elle blog.
I created a scene using the grass and clouds/bushes from Picket Fences Elle-ments die.  Then, added the dog from More Furry Friends Clear Stamps set and used the coordinating More Furry Friends Dies to cut him out.  I framed the entire scene with a Scalloped Pierced Rectangles Dies and matted it on a Silver Fox card base.

Hi everyone!  I'm sharing a fun card using the new Avery Elle Carousel Stamp set!
I love these happy icons.  I must admit I was totally inspired while on vacation and staring at a carousel.  I could think of more fun images for hours.  The more ornate the better!

To create my card, I lightly ink blended a background and then secured stamped and colored images to the front.  I love the accent of a soft scalloped edge.

Thanks for stoping by and sharing part of your day with me!
Have a great day!

A Picket Fence and a Pooch

Hello! Did you see this card that I've got over on the Avery Elle blog today?

I used the new Picket Fences dies to create a background that's perfect for my little pooch in the new More Funny Friends.   I just love dogs and I think this guy is pretty darn cute. I may be biased. :)

One great feature about the new Picket Fences dies that I had to share is that the fence stretches perfectly across an A2 card so that the posts don't get awkwardly cut off.

Thanks for stopping by and sharing part of your day with me.
Have a great day!

Avery Elle Blog Hop

Hey there!  It's Avery Elle Blog Hop day! Hooray!
I'm thrilled to bits with this new release and hope you like it too!
You should have arrived here from Caryn Davies' blog.
Your next stop is Yainea's blog.
If you're just starting out - head to the Avery Elle blog

For the hop, I used the fun new Punny Pantry stamp set.
All of these images just crack me up!  What's your favorite?
Of course there are coordinating dies too!

I couldn't help but make two cards for the hop.  The first I had to use the jelly!
I used Punny Pantry tamps and dies and paper pieced in a little patterned paper from the Everyday Collection 6x6 pattern paper pad.  I also used the double pierced circles die to create a focal image.

I had to use the radish too. It kills me.
I used the Scalloped Pierced Rectangles Elle-ments die to create a mat for my focal images.  I simply used my MISTI and a post it to block out the sentiment so it would stamp without a sentiment on the back radish.

What's a hop without a prize?

Hello!  I'm still enjoying the new Avery Elle Hedgehugs stamp set.  I know I'm a little biased but it's so darn fun.

I created the background from dies and then perched my hedgehog on the grass.  I love using a banner die to frame my sentiment.  I simply used a light ink blending to accent the color.
