Loads of Love
Again, I'm in love with this Hero Arts DigiKit (Kiddie Conveyance, here). The possibilities for this kit are ENDLESS! How great is that!!! The hearts are from the Hero Arts ClearDesign All Occasion Messages set. I colored them in with Copics and added some glossy accents. Thanks Kayleen for the orange button! I actually didn't have any orange buttons (going to have to fix that!) so I ran to my neighbors! Love having neighbors like that! The red button is a Doodlebug button!
Hello Friend
I'm always so inspired by Lucy Abrams beautiful ribbons, that I decided to try it for myself. The sentiment is from the Hero Arts Just for You Digikit. I love that DigiKit!
Lots of Love
I'm always looking for good boy stamps so when I found the Hero Arts Digital Kit Conveyance, it had to be mine! I made another card with the truck (soon to be posted) and it brought me to this card! I colored the heart, which is from the Hero Arts ClearDesign All Occasion Messages, with Copic markers and some glossy accents! I liked this sentiment because I felt it could work for more occasions than just Valentine's day!

Happy Flag Birthday
We've been getting over some terrible colds in our house this past week so I haven't had much energy for crafting. Hopefully, I'll get back into the swing of things soon! Good thing is... I've got lots of ideas!
I've been trying to use the Hero Arts Hello Flag stamp for awhile... I actually really like how it turned out by stamping each flag with a colored ink. The sentiment is from the Hero Arts ClearDesign Hip Hip Hurray set.

Sweet Friends
I made this card for the Penny Black vellum challenge. I'm trying to do challenges as a way for me to branch out and learn new techniques... I can honestly say I would never have used vellum if not for this.
I did a lot of paper piecing on Penny Black's Mimi & Friend (Here) and was able to use a little more of my new ribbon! Yay!
I'm not sure how well it shows up, but I've actually put Mimi & Friend on vellum, so the middle of the card is actually slightly transparent. Then, I popped the flower paper and white ring up on dimensionals to give the appearance of depth. Some sparkles on their wings and rhinestones on the flowers really made this card fun. I decided to go without a sentiment on this one because I think it would have taken away from the card itself! Thanks for looking!

Owl Anniversary
When I found this ribbon in the store today, I had to have it. Pretty sure I am going to have to go back and buy the entire spool!
Anyways, I had no idea what I wanted to pair it with so I went online for the 1st time to twopeas and looked at the Hero Arts Digi Kits. I've done quite a bit of digital scrapbooking but never anything with Hero Arts or on a card. I'm in LOVE! When I saw these owls (from the Just for You kit), not to mention the rest of the kit, I had to have them!
I printed the owls out on some old resume paper, so they actually have some texture too.
And just an FYI, I bought LOTS of amazing ribbon at the store today, so join me as a follower and stay tuned!

A Special Birdie
When I saw this paper in the store, I about died. (And when I got home and realized I only bought 1 sheet, I about died again!) Anyhow, I love this paper for so many reasons. Don't they slightly remind you of the Angry Birds game? So so so so SO cute! I made this card for one of my best work friends who is on a domestic travel assignment on the other side of the country! I miss our coffee and lunch breaks together!
Anywho, I made this little birdie using a little bit of masking and the Hero Arts Sweet Owls (here) stamp! The sentiment is from Hero Arts ClearDesign Thinking of You. Polka dot bird paper & die is from PaperTrey Ink. Bird paper by 3 Bugs in a Rug.

Foxy Birthday
Well, it's me and this little fox again! I just adore him! As a self imposed challenge, I'm trying to make sure I use all of my stamps more than once. This time, I've paired my little foxy friend with some button balloons! I wanted to keep it pretty clean and simple since I'm planning on using this card for one of my male co-workers upcoming birthdays!

Cupcake Sprinkles
When I saw this paper at the store today, I had to have it! Now, I'm thinking I'm going to need much more of it! I love that it's got pinks and greens running through it so it could work for boys or girls. Again, I have a pink obsession... so I went with pink.
I used the ClearDesign Cupcakes stamps from Hero Arts for the cupcake and inside sentiment and topped with with a Doodlebug Cherry button.
I also decorated the inside of this card since the outside is blank!

Foxy Valentine
Isn't this little fox, by Hero Arts, just the cutest! I adore him! I got really excited when I found this heart/flower combo in the Hero Arts ClearDesign Friends set. I colored everything in with Copics to create this simple card and added Glossy Accents to the hearts since my husband told me I had a button-addiction problem.

Bird Wishes
I'm having so much fun with my new stamps from My Cute Stamps! I'm really impressed by these stamps and I'm pretty sure all of their stamps will be mine one day!
Anyways, I love these birds and the bird cages with this set are amazing! I made this card for a friend's upcoming wedding! I always think Tiffany blue goes well with weddings :).
To give them a little pop, I used Glossy Accents on the birds.
sweetie
Yay! Yay! Yay!
My order from My Cute Stamps arrived today and I had could not wait to bust out this stamp! I stamped the 'sweetie' background myself, using the matching sentiment. I also covered the glass portion of the gumball machine in with glossy accents!
I have a feeling this stamp will be seeing my ink pad pretty often!

FRIENDS!
These little girls are 2 of the 'Three Girls' stamp set from Hero Arts. In fact, this stamp set is the 1st stamp I bought! I love them! Aren't they just the cutest! Fun fact... I made the background paper by using the 'FRIENDS' sentiment and flower (which I felt really actually matched the girls) stamped onto ivory paper!
Supplies:
Hero Arts Three Girls (Girls)
Hero Arts ClearDesign Friends (FRiENDS & Flower)
Blue Buttons: PaperTrey Ink
Pink Button: Doodlebug

Happy Lion
So, I've had this lion colored in for awhile, but haven't been able to incorporate it into any of my cards yet! I really wanted to use it for the Penny Black challenge.
Every time I attempted the scalloped layers, it reminded me of a Disney princess' ball gown. Don't get me wrong here, I'm a big fan of Belle and Cinderella but somehow it just didn't mesh with my lion! After seeing my good friend Ashley M's card, I had what Oprah would call an "Ah Ha!" moment! Thanks Ashley for the inspiration! I felt the rigid, angled lines better fit my lion! After much debate, I purposefully left off a sentiment on this card because I felt it could go either birthday party or baby shower!
TFL!
