Hello friends!  Just popping in really quick to share a card I created just for fun!  I love it when I can share just-for-fun cards.  That really needs to happen more often around here. :) I'll try!

I'm loving all the water color artwork I'm seeing everywhere and so when I saw Typically Teen from The Craft's Meow, I had to have it!  I love that it has so many versatile elements all in one set.  I can't wait to play with this set again very soon!  
For the sentiment banner, I stamped the background from Avery Elle's Celebrate and the sentiment is from Papertrey Ink's Mini Blooms.

Monkey Baby

Hi friends!   It's my day on the Avery Elle blog and Jamie is sharing this card of mine.

  

 I combined that adorable monkey from Funky Monkey with some leaves from Petals & Stems. Sentiment is from Oh Baby.

Two Years

Today is Earth day and that means that it's also the second anniversary of my dad's passing.  He couldn't have picked a more appropriate day to pass from this Earth, as he was truly a creature of nature.  

 

Our relationship was complex to say the least but I respect and appreciate him more and more every day.  Thank you Dad for allowing me to become the person I am.  I am so grateful.

A Purr-fect Birthday

I made this card for a dear friend, it's her birthday today!  I know she got it last night but I can be so proud of myself because I've behaved and waited to post this card on my blog until her actual birthday.  I love Facebook (don't get me wrong!) and I'm sure I'll still post a happy birthday message on her wall, but sending a birthday card to a friend far away is such a treat and a huge surprise these days. 

My birthday card is full of Paper Smooches goodness and totally cracks me up. :) 
I used my favorite cat and a sentiment from Nine Lives and combined him with some balloons from Hullabaloo.  Smiles all around my friends!

Avery Elle and A Blog Named Hero

 

Avery Elle is partnering with A Blog Named Hero and I couldn't be more excited!  I love Hero Arts stamps and so to be able to combine them with Avery Elle just makes my heart skip a beat! :) Super excited!

 

For my card, I used Avery Elle Lots of Love and combined it with the Hero Arts typewriter.

Link It Up

Hello, Hello! Popping in to share my Avery Elle card featuring Link It Up.  Well, actually I have 2 cards to share using that set.
First, I used it with Framed Fonts.  

I thought it was a fun combination and added some sequins to it too!   I'm still trying to get the hang of how to use sequins... but I love them!     Next, I combined it with... this will shock you... Petals & Stems. 

 If you haven't tried Avery Elle cardstock, this color is Sea Glass and I LOVE IT!  It is the prettiest shade of blue!   Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Hi friends!  

How's your week going?  My daughter's 3rd birthday is this upcoming Monday, April 8th and her party is this weekend so I've been a little busy getting ready for it!  I just can't believe she's going to be 3!  Wow, time flies!  

Alright- to the card.  I'm sharing my card using the Avery Elle stamp set Rounded Diamonds.  

 

I used the dies to die cut New Moon cardstock and popped it up on foam adhesive, but not until after I stamped the background pattern on it.  Then I used the stamp set that I haven't been able to peel off my acrylic blocks because I love it so much, Petals & Stems, to stamp the flower and leaves.  The sentiment is from Bonjour.
