I can't decide which I like more: the washi tape, the splatters, the enamel dots, or the sentiment. Okay, I like them ALL! :)

Love this technique! Always found the misters frustrating... not just control but hard to have just the right color. This way, you could even custom mix the color. Thanks for sharing!

Karen said...

Love your cards, and appreciate learning how to use my watercolor pencils to create the splattered look. I have a terrible time with the misters! Thanks for sharing!

You rocked the video and the cards are adorable! Love this tip on much more manageable splotches of ink!! Thanks for your work on this. :)

I have to say I love the technique you used to do the splatter. I too have had the same problem with the mister bottles concentrating too much ink in one area:( Can not wait to try your technique this weekend. The enamel dots by "My Mind's Eye" were pretty cool as well. Like the look they gave your card. I'm going to one of our local crafting shops for a garage sale this weekend and will have to buy some and try them out. Thanks for all the great tips!

Thought you did a great job on your video. Like the idea of creating any color spatter I want, not just what is manufactured and that I can have more control over the size of the spatter. Like that washi paper too. Thanks for your cute card.
