Here's a cute card I made with the new Polar Pals and Sweet Scallops.
Instructions: 
1.  Stamp and color images, die cut. 
2. Die cut panel, blend background and add snowflakes.
3. Die cut scalloped panel, adhere blended panel and die cut images. 
4. Die cut banner, stamp sentiment and adhere.
