a Stamp It Challenges Card to share

I don't share my publications nearly as often as I should, I'm not sure why because I love so many of those card and would love to share them here on my blog with you.  So, I really should fix that!  I promise I'll do better!

Back at Ed Board, the Go-to Gals brainstormed over a hundred different stamping challenges which, with a lot of work, then turned into Stamp It! Card Challenges.  See that quilt inspired card with the orange bow on the cover?  That's mine too! :)

I love stamping and I love challenges so this was a really fun issue for me!  This is one of my favorite cards from the issue. 

This is the card I made for the challenge to stamp a frame.  I love so many things about this card, the pinked border is fun and I love how the blue peeks out from behind it.  I also love how I gave the cardstock the appearance of texture by stamping the envelope pattern background pattern stamp over the entire panel.  I do this a lot, it's a fun trick.  It works great with subtle background stamps.
